UNAC's Negotiation Team members are chosen from volunteers within our membership following a nomination and selection process. Our team members take on the herculean task of defending and improving UA faculty and post doc rights to a fair, just, and safe workplace as guaranteed in our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Bargaining Schedule:
Our team has been in email exchanges with UA Labor Relations all summer in attempts to set up our bargaining schedule and our ground rules. As of July 31, 2024, neither the schedule nor the ground rules have been settled. We continue to push forward and are determined to bargain in good faith to reach a contract we can all be proud of. UNAC members will receive email updates when our first bargaining sessions are set.
