Showing Solidarity with UNAC Office Door Signs
A second easy and effective way to show our union solidarity is to hang a UNAC sign on your office door or window. You have the right to hang items on the outside of your office door or on out-facing windows within your office. Choose one of the signs below to download, print, and hang on your door or window, or make your own “I support UNAC” or “UNAC Solidarity!” signs.
Wear Red Every Monday
Whether you don your red UNAC t-shirt or a different item of red clothing, wearing red while on campus every Monday gives a silent signal of solidarity. Your colleagues will notice it; you’ll notice it. It’s one way to feel less isolated or alone. When we’re negotiating, it signals our willingness to act together and helps indicate a strike-ready faculty body. Contact your Org VP or Organizing Manager if you don’t have a UNAC t-shirt yet.
